On August 25, Darebin City Council voted to continue their support to DCMC for 10 years.
On October 12 Banyule Council approved a recommendation for a 10-year co-designed agreement to be negotiated with DCMC.
Both councils amended their procurement policies – to exempt not-for-profit organisations from the need to tender in order to continue support of DCMC. Darebin extended this to Merri Creek Management Committee.
